How to use
1. Set day-by-day sales targets, prices and safety buffers on the Sales Targets tab — buffered production drives everything downstream.
2. Build each menu item's recipe on Recipes & Costs to get true cost per order and margin.
3. On Supply Orders, each line is either a fixed quantity or computed from per-order usage across menu items (click "usage" to edit). Group lines by vendor (Cannery, Costco, etc.).
4. Check items off as you order/buy them — everything saves automatically on this device.
5. Duplicate an event to reuse a whole plan as the template for the next one.

Sales Targets & Buffered Production
Buffered production = total target × (1 + buffer), rounded up. Use higher buffers on items whose leftovers can be redirected (e.g. oysters back to retail).
Recipe Costing & Menu Margin
Edit quantities and unit costs as real invoices arrive. Cost per order rolls into the dashboard and Sales Plan automatically.
Supply Orders
Grouped by vendor. "Usage" lines compute needed quantity from buffered production (per-order usage × buffered units, summed across menu items). Packages to buy = needed ÷ package size, rounded up.
Sales & Revenue Plan
Mirrors the Sales Targets tab and recipe costs.
